From the time you arrive on the lot until your home is ready to move into, our helpful team is here to assist you.

Our knowledgeable hostesses will show you through the homes, pointing out features and options. Our sales people will work with you through the ordering process and give any help needed in making decorating selections. We will then work with the factory and with you on any issues that might arise during the building process and keep you apprised of the progress.

If you would like a tour of the factory, we will be happy to set that up for you.

When your Park Model or Resort home is delivered to your site by our experienced set crew, it will be set, blocked, leveled, and completely installed. The air conditioning and heating is installed by licensed professionals with many years experience in the business. Professional skirting installation and quality deck construction are also available.
